Terms & Conditions

• Drone flights depend on weather and local regulations.
• Customers must follow crew instructions during shoots.
• We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule due to safety issues.
• All delivered media is for personal use unless commercial rights are purchased.

Refund Policy

• Full Refund: Cancellations 48+ hours before shoot.
• 50% Refund: Cancellations within 24 hours.
• No Refund: For cancellations under 12 hours or no-shows.
• If Skyrvana cancels due to weather/regulations, full refund or reschedule is offered.

Shipping / Delivery Policy

All services are digital. No physical shipping is required. Edited videos and photos will be delivered securely via Google Drive/Skyrvana Cloud.

Standard delivery: 3–5 business days.
Express delivery: 24 hours (extra charges apply).
